Hash Jassim al-Naseri

Foreign correspondent of Almendhar, a leading Iraki daily newspaper (English and Arab)

Hash Jassim al-Naseri was born in Basra in 1959. He studied English and History at Baghdad University and went into exile in 1986, variously living in Beirut, Istanbul, Budapest, and Bochum. After the fall of Saddam Hussein, he started working as foreign correspondent for Almendhar. Hash has also written about diverse subjects for a number of European newspapers and magazines. His current place of residence is kept confidential for security reasons.
